Shipping & Returns SHIPPING & HANDLING All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer, you will be notified by email within 2 days of placing the order of the approximate ship date. We will try to accommodate any rush orders. Shipping prices vary depending upon location, weight, etc. There is a flat rate of $10 for orders of 5 pounds or less. You will be notified by email of exact shipping costs prior to order being processed. It is the sole discretion of Uniquely Yours to use the carrier of our choice. All items will be trackable and insured for your protection. RETURNS IF you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for an exchange. All off the rack items can be exchanged but must be in the original packaging, in good condition (no signs of being used) and we must be notified by email within 5 business days of delivery, you will receive an email with instructions on where and how to return.
